Approvals Made Simple

We handle the technical work and official submissions, so you can relax. From planning permission to Building Warrant, we make sure your project meets all regulations.

  • Planning application drawings and Design & Access Statement

  • Building Warrant technical drawings and compliance documentation

  • Liaison with planning and building standards officers

  • One round of revisions after authority feedback

We capture your home using advanced 3D scanning technology , creating a highly detailed and accurate digital model of the existing space.

Model, Existing Plans & Elevations


The scan data is uploaded into our BIM software (Revit), where we create a precise architectural model, along with accurate existing plans and elevations.

Developed Design, Proposed Plans & Elevations


Using the BIM model, we develop design proposals and produce detailed proposed plans and elevations, refining the layout, form, and flow of the space.
